Why the network reaches further

Between poles, the signal travels over radio links. For a link to be stable, line of sight is not enough: the space around the beam — the Fresnel zone — must be clear. That is why we plan every pole against Luanda's real terrain and confirm it with measurements on the ground.

Try it: increase the distance or the height of a building halfway along. Once the darker part of the zone is no longer clear, the link loses quality even with the poles in sight of each other.
